We are excited to announce open enrollment for
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory TYA
This fall, join us for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory TYA, the magical musical based on Roald Dahl's beloved classic. When the mysterious Willy Wonka opens the gates to his legendary chocolate factory, Charlie Bucket and four lucky Golden Ticket winners set off on an unforgettable adventure filled with chocolate waterfalls, mischievous squirrels, Oompa-Loompas, and the incredible Great Glass Elevator.
Featuring iconic songs like "The Candy Man," "I've Got a Golden Ticket," "Pure Imagination," and the "Oompa Loompa Song,"this production combines the nostalgia of the classic story with a fresh, high-energy theatrical experience with NEW SONGS.
Whether you're hoping to play the eccentric Willy Wonka, one of the unforgettable Golden Ticket winners, an energetic Oompa-Loompa, or one of the many colorful characters that bring the factory to life, this ensemble show has incredible opportunities for performers ages **13–18**.

Program Cost:
Total cost for the program is
$285 - ($95/month for 3 months)
1. Enroll in the production class.
2. Complete the required audition form.
3. Submit the first month's tuition ($95) with the audition form to finalize your enrollment*
4. Remaining tuition is automatically charged in two subsequent monthly payments of $95
New Families: A one-time $25 registration fee will be added to your first enrollment.
* The initial $95 tuition payment is non-refundable once the audition form has been submitted, even if you choose to withdraw after the cast list has been posted.

*if you have a performance conflict please let us know on your form and we will adjust casting accordingly.
Rehearsal Information
Rehearsal Process:
Sept 12-Nov 7 - Tuesday and Thursdays (4:15-6:30PM) and Saturdays (10-3PM)
Nov 9-14 - Daily Rehearsals (4-7pm) and Saturday Nov 14 (10-3pm)
Nov 16-19 - Tech/Dress Rehearsal Week between 4-11pm with more information given at Parent Meeting
PERFORMANCES - NOV 20, 21, 23, 24, 27, 28 at 7:30PM and NOV 21 and 28 Matinee at 1 PM
Audition Dates:
Auditions Videos Due: TUESDAY Sept 8th by 11:00 pm
Dance Auditions: TUESDAY Sept 8th 4-6pm at the Ziegfeld Arts Academy
Callbacks by invitation only - THURSDAY Sept 10th 4-10pm at the Ziegfeld Arts Academy
First Rehearsal SATURDAY Sept 12th 10-3pm
Audition Information:
We are excited to soon publish an Audition Packet that will take you step by step through your audition process. You will be able to find it here on this page and in the Band App Group for this show.
In the meantime, familiarize yourself with the entire show "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory TYA" by clicking on "ABOUT THE SHOW" and the Rights Holder link. Work on music and characters from the show as we will request that you audition with music from THIS show for auditions.
Enrolling NOW for the class will ensure that you are first to receive audition information!
Parent and Participant Meeting:
We hold a Mandatory Parent Meeting at the beginnning of each show process. Parents will recieve two complimentary tickets per student for attending in person. The Date for this Meeting will be in your audition packet and calendar.
We’re moving our show communication from Facebook groups to the BAND App!
BAND is widely used by schools and teams, and we’re confident it will provide a more organized and streamlined way to stay connected.
Each production will have its own private BAND group for all schedules, updates, and announcements.
